VACATION NOTICE: I will be away on vacation from May 10th to May 20th, 2024, returning on May 21st. I will have limited access to my email and phone during this time period. Please use the online schedule for managing your appointments.

NEW OR INTERESTED CLIENTS: I ask that you only use this scheduling system to book a consultation if we haven’t yet connected to discuss your interest in therapy. The consultation is meant to establish whether my therapeutic approaches will be a good fit for your emotional needs. To my valued clients: A friendly reminder that all appointments are booked in Eastern Daylight Saving Time (EDT) and that late cancellation or no show fees will still apply in case of a missed appointment due to the time zone difference.

SCHEDULING - If you’re having difficulties finding a time that suits your schedule you can email me with your availability and I’ll try my best to accommodate, or use the waitlist option to be notified if an appointment becomes available.

CANCELLATION POLICY – Late cancellations / requests to reschedule (less than 24hrs before start time) are subject to a 50% session rate admin fee and can be done through email. No show appointments are subject to the full session fee.

IF IT’S BEEN A WHILE - WELCOME BACK! – After 12 consecutive weeks without an active session I generally assume you’ve self discharged, and your online booking may be paused. To re-engage in therapy, and to confirm the current incoming client session fee, please email me. Please note that you may be asked to complete another intake form if it has been more than 6 months since your last session.
